Turned Ola's internal maps into an external platform business
New B2B SaaS maps platform on Krutrim Cloud — search, tiles, pickup & drop-off. maps.olakrutrim.com
Search experience enhancement powering 500M+ monthly searches, tile visualization reaching 600M+ loads, and an enhanced pickup & drop-off experience for ride-hailing — shipped as external, licensable platform capability rather than an internal-only tool.

Why Work With Me
Fifteen-plus years moving between engineering, data, and product: GIS and process engineering at TomTom, senior product management at Ola and Ola Electric, now building independent B2B SaaS ventures with AI as the execution partner. Both modes taught the same lesson: ship the smallest real thing, watch what people do with it, then build the next part.
0-to-1, twice
Led Ola Maps from an internal tool to an external B2B SaaS platform. Now doing the same independently, across four products.
Research, not just user stories
Post-release analytics, PRDs, and coaching other PMs were part of the day job at both Ola and TomTom.
Cross-functional by necessity
Bangkok, Pune, and remote teams; stakeholder mapping and an internship program built from scratch at TomTom.
AI as a build partner
Products shipped solo, with AI doing the heavy lifting on execution — not a buzzword, a working method.
